A while back, I fabbed an aluminum exhaust hanger to lighten up the rear end of the bike, and give it a more race "purposeful" look - I had a couple of people ask about it, and now more from a racing forum I am a member of, so I decided to better the design, and create a template for making more, based on interest.
These parts are hand-made, and not produced using a CNC laser cutter, so they are not "gorgeous", but the look fine, and do the job.
I test mount each unit on my F2, and if I understand correctly, they should fit the F3 as well - if your looking for a lighter weight option for the rear of the bike, and do not carry passengers, then this might work for you.
They are $30 including mounting hardware, plus shipping - due to the light weight and small packaging required, shipping should be very reasonable.
The part, with mounting hardware (nylon insert nuts, for vibration resistance), weighs in under 6 oz, and will save right at about 3 1/2 pounds in the rear.

I forgot to mention before, for guys like me, who have a lot of random nuts and bolts laying around, that could be used - It'll go for $25 without mounting hardware - just an FYI.
