Always liked that paint scheme. Stock pipe & everything! Nice!

Default Petcock

My petcock only has two positions ..9:00 Off and 12:0 On...no reserve...it was in the process of beingade into a track bike then he lost interest
..is this a track mod to the petcock?...it seems to work fine..just no reserve

It’s probably a cheap eBay Chinese replacement, if it works just leave it, but you won’t have a reserve.

No way I'd ride without a reserve.

Also, the stock vacuum petcock is a PITA. I replaced the vacuum job on my F2 with a regular manual petcock from a '98 F3.

I’m just replacing mine and the Chinese replacements are really cheap so I can understand why people fit them. I sourced a genuine Honda petcock from the USA, cheapest I could get one for was just under £70 delivered so that’s why owners fit a £15 Chinese part.
