2007 CBR600RR Pearl White/Silver from MotorcycleFairingsRUS.com
I ordered a set from MotorcyclefairingsRUS.com last week so hopefully in a week or two I will get them.
I went with what they called "Lexus" Pearl White with Silver decals.
I really hope this looks like the OE White fairings on an 07. That was what my goal is.
Currently the bike was the Red/Grey/Black kit but almost all of the fairings were busted from the previous owner.
With all of the good reviews that I have found on here, I sure hope mine is also as good.
I will post pictures once I get them and begin installing them!

OK! They arrived in the mail today! I was quite impressed in the shipping, considering they left Hong Kong 4 days ago! Thumbs up in that category!
I have inspected every single part as good as I could besides installing them on the bike.
Packaging, I have no idea how they fit all of the pieces in this box, that is impressive in itself!
The box it came in was pretty flimsy, so that could be an area to improve on that will help in its long journey over here to the states.
Some parts could have been wrapped a little better on the edges, but for the most part, they were packed pretty well.
I will have pictures up once I get them transferred off my phone to my computer.
There are a few pieces that the attention to detail really upset me, something where just taking a few seconds more would have made the part darn near perfect.
There are several pieces that the attention to detail are not as good as they should be but I will live with it, but again, I wish they would have just took that extra step and a few more seconds and it would have really been impressive.
Hopefully Stephen will make it right with me on a few pieces.
I have not contacted him, as I just got done unwrapping them and taking pictures.
Stay tuned for a TON of pictures.
Note: I am pretty picky when it comes to this kind of stuff, but I understand that these are 1/5 the price of OEM pieces. Still, some issues are just because of laziness I guess.

Here is the link to a picture slideshow of the Photobucket album that I just uploaded of all 97 pictures!
Each one has a description of what to look for in case you don't notice it right away.

I will be trying to install these by the weekend.
I told Stephen about my thread here and will be showing him these pictures also.
He wanted me to check out the fit of the upper fairings since they repaired the molding machine.

Thanks!
I was tired of taking pictures. But I think everyone would like to see the craftsmanship of their parts.
If more care was put into the TAPING and DECAL ALIGNMENT these would be amazing looking!
I can't judge the fitment yet, but I can tell they could have looked amazing.
I don't know if it is someones job to look at each set and give the OK to ship once they look them over or not.
But there should be quality control to eliminate this. Someone who has attention to detail to look them over and keep people accountable for their work.
Agree?

I added three more pictures to the slideshow link.
Showing that the decals on the tail fairing are not installed in the correct location, thus causing the last R to be sticking off the silver and onto the white.
Also, some molding lines that should have been sanded first before painting.

I started installing everything last night.
When I decided to tackle this, I never dreamed it would be so difficult.
I don't think its due to the quality of the parts, but just the nature of how they assemble.
So far what I have found out is,
1. The free fairing looks horrible installed. I tried and tried and there was still a huge gap by the "third eye". It looked really bad so I tried the OE screen to see if it was the screen that had the issue or the front fairing. The OE screen fit beautifully! Now I still need to get another OE screen since mine is scratched up.
2. Assembling 5 pieces to make one complete side fairing is like a big puzzle. Don't disassemble your old ones - because without looking at the way the old ones went together, this job would have tipped me over the edge, lol.
3. There are a couple small black pieces that the fitment could be a little better. I may use duct tape on the back side just to assure they wont pop apart in a couple places.
There are 8 pieces in the kit that I would have liked replaced - 7 due to sloppy workmanship in the paint department.
After emailing Stephen, I will not be getting all of those replaced - he did offer partial refund which is way more than most companies would probably offer.
I still am trying to get him to replace at least a few of the parts since ALL are out of the question.
I'll see how this goes. Hopefully in the end everything will work out.
I added 24 more pictures to the PhotoBucket link!
