Just wondering where I stand in 1/8th mile
I have been running consistent 7.4's on my 2008 1000rr at 109 mph..in the 1/8th.. I cannot seem to get it any lower.. I dont really have any mods(look in my sig) I get to about 2/3 the way down the track and the front wheel comes up...
Basically want to see how everyone else is doing on the 1/8th...

how much you weigh? 2nd time out on the f4i i got 7.70's out of mine with me being 200 lbs plus the added weight of the cage. I got a heavier aftermarket subframe too. My 60 ft times are low 1.90's and 330 is 5.16
on a sidenote my old 1994 f2 stripped of all its plastics ran 7.80's when i was weighing in at 185 lbs.

well with out gear i weigh 203 lbs. that weekend with me on the bike combined weight was 635 lbs. it was hard for me to keep the front down with the -1 front sprocket. plus it was my first time at the track and only have been riding for a year.
here is the video of that weekend.

yeah im launching around 9k or so going across the line maxed out 4th on the 11.26 run it touched rev. limit right as i crossed the line. i know if i go back to stock gearing or go +1 on the front i will be alot faster. im thinking 10.9 atleast.
anytime i would full throttle first or second. the front would come up.
anytime i would full throttle first or second. the front would come up.
