Battle of the Bikes III is July 2nd with an expanded Outlaw class, Matt Blankstrom of Team Ten Ninety 6 trying to recapture the world’s longest record for an Endo (Stoppie), a new Cruisers Twins Class, and some changes to the Super Street Class.
To allow more bikes to race in the Outlaw Heads-Up class, US 131 has expanded the rules to include a larger wheelbase of 70” max for nitrous only bikes to be allowed to run against the 68” max wheel base on turbo bikes. For the Super Street Class ,to better accommodate for the lightly modified Hayabusa’s, ZX-12R’s, and modified Liter bikes, the index has been raised from a 9.49 to a 9.90 and the wheel base has been stretched from 62” to 64”.
