Went out and rode with my buddy after I got my exhaust and jet kit and was very surprised. Off the line the triumph (stock) pulled away but my 2nd gear pulls hard as s*** (and my front tire is a lot less sky hungry than his) so I would actually gain on him in 2nd and once we got into 3rd he'd pull away again but I was close behind. His Triumph is sexy and he's been riding a lot longer than me, but I was very happy with what my little F2 was puttin out.

 

Sounds good, but if his Triumph is going airborne, he's not a very good drag racer With the bike on the ground, I'm guessing it could easily take your F2 regardless.

 

Yeah obviously an '07 daytona is gunna eat my bike up, I was just surprised how i was able to gain on him in second and stay close behind, over 100mph

 

sounds good to me! i gota bddy who is considering the triumph(he is tired of getting left behind on his 750 shadow)
