I use the honda polish after every ride. If its extremely dirty I will take a garden hose to it. but usually just the honda polish. I used to wax the plastic and the tank
all the time, the use the honda polish. Then someone mentioned that the honda polish just strips the wax right back off, since it is a solvent of sorts. I never wax the bike anymore, just clean it after every ride

I use Honda polish after every ride. I do not like to use water on the bike and never have had to with any of my bikes. If you will wipe it down after every ride with the Honda polish, it will keep it showroom clean.

Be easy with Simple Green and rubber. It takes out the oils. A friend's father races dirt track and he sprayed it on his tires to soften them up.

Better than Tech wax eh?? Not to threadjack, but you guys that dont use water..... I use water on mine b/c my swingarm is powercoated.... But how can you get everything clean, (ex: rear coil shock, sprockets, engine) w/o water? My swingarm and shock gets filthy, polish alone could never do it...

If you dont own an Absorber chamois then I suggest you invest in one.I place it on the seat while I wash the bike and it keeps the seat dry.It does the best job drying because you can pat dry instead of wiping scratches.I use wizards shine master wax. This wax is awesome!!Its not water soluble and it has uv barrier.check out- www.WizardsProducts.com
