Honda Polish or Plexis for the Outter Sheel and Visor is great! For the inside, I used a bottle of Motoline Helmet Care. It's a foam cleaner that worked great. I used it and haven't found anything better. Your only other option is, if this applies, removing your interior helmet lining and washing it by hand. Click here to read more about this Helmet cleaner.

Also, this cleaner is hard to come buy. I'm thinking easier on the internet than your local dealer. Good luck with that.

warm, soapy water and thats it. DO NOT use solvents as u will melt the liner. a good furniture polish on the shell, spray onto cloth before applying. if you dont have a removable lining then use baby shampoo and the shower nozzle on low heat to wash and rinse the interior fully ( wait till u see what comes out esp on a old helmet). leave somewhere warm like the linen closet to dry. dont use a heater etc to force dry.

as told to me by arai technician for the uk.
