Yes they do - there are two companies that make them for your bike that I know of, one is in Germany, the other in Argentina. They aren't cheap and maybe it would be a better idea to look for replacement fairings on e-Bay. There are generally quite a few around.
Just for info a new set of fairings with postage from Germany/Argentina will probably cost you in excess of $1000. Is it worth it ?

Okay, so really all I need is the LF panel that says 1000F( left upper cowl piece), and the silver center cowl piece that says honda( the one the windshield mounts to, above headlight). I have had no luck on ebay, they can be scratched, thats fine, as I will paint these anyway. Thanks for your help Outlawfox13, and if you have those pieces for sale,I will buy them.
