The seat is about 18 months old and has maybe 7000 miles on it. It's in perfect condition, is leather, and has the hardware on the back to add the optional passenger back rest. I paid $340 + shipping for this seat.

Note: this is not a lightweight seat, so shipping isn't going to be cheap. I'll send it by UPS ground most likely as that's typically cheapest for this size and weight stuff generally.

Givi trunk rack: I think this thing was about $160 for this setup...$100 plus shipping. EDIT: Note that it says "rack" and not "rack and trunk." This is the price for the rack. That's why the item is being called "Givi trunk rack." Cripes.

VFR bars: straight, what you'd expect. $40 plus shipping.
