My ride is an '04 1000RR with about 25K miles on the clock. Mods that I can remember are:
Beemer HIDs
SATO rearsets (w/reverse shift)
TwoBros CF Vale Exhaust
Custom Wrapped Grips
West Racing skin
Flush Mount blinks
Integrated Brake/Turn signal
Smoke double bubble wind screen
Chainstretcher custom fender chop w/tag mount
High performance stator and regulator/rectifier
Speedohealer
God only knows what else I've done to it ... hard to remember everything after 5 years
