Could it be that the bike WILL win, but not just yet, until we have different parameters, like it has to be complete and running........

Having said all that, if we put the might of the Hurri section behind it, we could probably MAKE it win, with over 100 members to call on.............

We certainly are. And your "second" was indeed legal. (And will remain legal until the rules get changed without notice. )

Some might say your decision to second was even welcomed. I wouldn't say that, though, as I'm an impartial observer.
