You should ride it more then!!
You should ride it more then!!
Trust me, this bike gets it's fair share of miles and more of a workout every time I take it out. Clean doesn't = neglected.
That being said, Voodoo sent me a pm saying that you should nom me for rotm or you're banned. I can't necessarily produce that message.... but it's totally legit.
Except for being not legit. Other than that? Hell yeah, legit as it gets.

Well, it seems I'm in the competition this month, so I'm going to promote it some this time, lol.
Plus, Winter Storm Carlos is dumping mightily on us in the NE here for the next 18 hours or so... I got the time to do it.
Here we go... here's the pic I got... I picked her up last winter and she went into the garage for a few months... these pics are from the first day I could ride her. Do you know how hard it is to get a new bike and stare at it for about 3 months? It sucks...anyways, here we go:
(I even powder coated the dog bone and lower shock mount, do you know how much of a pain it is to pull all those bearings? Well, I do, lol)
Some of the Rear parts I pc*ed...
Ok, let me see how many of the mods I can remember... it starts with all the decals are shaved, Scotts Steering Damper, Vortex Adjustable Rear Sets, Corbin Seat, 2Bros CF Slip-on, Solo Seat Cowl, Complete Swing Arm and Rear Section Black Out (includes 520 conversion w/black Driven aluminum sprockets and a black EK chain), Galfer Rear Wave and Carbone Lorraine SBK3 Brake Pads, Brand New Michelin PPs, Pazzo Navy Blue Shorty Levers, Frame Sliders, Hotbodies Front Flush Mounts, Clear Alternatives Integrated Tail Light, and Jardine Fender Eliminator and License Bracket. Oh yeah, and the Shocker!! I left out the blue LED 3rd eye and Vortex swing arm sliders as well, and the countless number of new bolts, grommets and OEm parts I've ordered from
honda-partsdirect.com.
Since then, I have also turned my attention to the front end. I did a complete front fork swap to the inverted forks off an 05 600RR, I added full Speigler Stainless Steel Brake Lines, Carbone Lorraine SBK5 brake pads, front Galfer waves, HID's, Watsen Design 3 LED front blinkers, R+G frame sliders + bar ends and more and more powdercoating. Right now, I am in the process of having the gas tank cap pc*ed black (thanks Blue Fox) and my cluster in goiing out for color conversion to blue. All my plastics are getting repainted in the next few weeks. Unfortunately, I have no good pics of these new mods done, the bike is still in pieces cause it's winter and I got more to come.
The latest pic I have, from Fall of last year after a ride with the TinMan...before the fork swap.
These pics are garbage, but they show the fork swap and front waves:
Ok, just for you guys... I took some pics just now of my bike... here it is!!
I told you I wasn't ready!!
