We are starting the Feb 2009 voting late. Seems the nominating process has yielded only 4 contenders so we are going to go with 4 this month.
I'm also bending the rules a bit. We had one accept before a second and one does not have the required prior months posts. Next month the rules will be posted in the nomination thread and we will abide by them.
