Ok, maybe it was a stretch. It was a joke. Chronology: I get emails saying I've been nominated and people are waiting on me to accept. I rush to accept, believing "time is of the essence". I am spoiled by your vigilance on the forum, as typically nothing goes on here that you don't respond to within about 12 seconds. So I keep checking the thread to have you officially "anoint" me as a candidate. I wait. I wait. Seconds, then minutes, then hours, then a day or so? So I make the joke that you must be on vacation. Probably very far away. Perhaps without internet access. So I think "Where might that be?" I know: Siberia (and that has a certain cold war humor punch to it.) And of course, the weather is what Siberia is all about, as it is on vacations, so double meaning there.

I feel you yawning. Perhaps nodding off. I will try to stick with better jokes in the future.
