Wire Spoke Rim?

I know of ton of cafe guys have taken Gixxer front ends and adapted a wire harley rim to make it work.
There are also companies out there that will CNC a hub identical to any bike, and then you pick out what size rim, and they'll lace it up for you. But that is pretty expensive as I'm sure you can imagine albeit the cleanest and easiest option.
I would start looking around at bikes that come with a laced rim (like a Duc supersport) and try to find one that has the same axle diameter. After that, all you'll need to figure out is spacing and rotors
