Default Where is my guage?

Ok a newbie question. Where the heck do you find the fuel reading while on the bike? I see the low fuel indicator light, and it's not on, but where do you see how much gas you have? My last bike had the reading on the digital display, but this one?

Thanks.

954 doesnt haqve a fuel guage...It has a fuel light and thats it. When the fuel light comes on (the tank is on reserve). Or basically, u better find a gas station in about 30miles. I think its .94gal in the reserve....=-)

^^^ yeah but sometimes you can't see it behind the "Smoke'm" button

My fuel gauge is by the miles I ride. I get 130 miles per tank and reset the odometer each fill up and just keep an eye out when Im nearing the 100 mile mark and where Im going. So when I hit 70 miles I know Im at 1/2 tank and so on....

Can one assume that the 954 will get about the same gas mileage? 4.76 gallon tank if I were to get 130 miles it would be roughly 27 mpg. Is the 929 tank smaller?

Did some looking and my manual says the 954 has a 4.76 gallon tank. I googled the 929 and it showed a 4.8 gallon tank, but they may have rounded up. Either way it would appear as the same size or real close.

This may belong in a differant section, but what is the typical opperating temperature for this bike? I've heard people say it can get real hot, but what's normal when your just cruising around? I took her for a spin aroud the block just now and never went faster than second gear, noticed first was real touchy.
