Hey guys, I think it's my first post here. I've been lurking for a while now though. I recently sold my old FZR and my Ducati monster to get a cbr. I think I found the perfect bike, but I want some input from people that know these bikes well. Here is the craigslist ad:

Great Bike! 2nd owner, bought when it had only 1k. ALL paperwork. SLOW speed lay down last year. Mechanically bike is GREAT! Had check up and tune up at Lake City Honda. Just cosmetic scrapes. Look at pics. $3300 obo.

I've been emailing him and got him to take $3,000. He has all receipts of maintenence etc and he showed me a pic of the lowside and it was a few little scratches. let me know what you guys think!

the price is pretty good to me.. just try to bump it to a flat 3000..

 

is buy it, i just payed for the same year, paint scheme bike, mine was just stock and had 1/3 of the miles.. 4500.00 so go for it

 

$3000 is a steal of a deal on a 54 get it.

 

thanks guys I talked him down to 3k and he won't go lower. I think i'm going to pick it up this week sometime! I'm stoked. I'll let you guys know what happens. I'll be sure to frequent this forum a lot as well.

 

You can find one with lower miles.
