if i go with the brake lines what brand do you guys recommend?

good replies so far but im still looking for options so keep them coming. guess i should have put in the first post that i did put pilot powers on the first weekend after i got it. i love PPs and that is always the first thing to go on my bikes. one thing i really need to consider is i will be taking a trip to Arkansas in the next 30-45 days so anything to help there would probably be the best bang for the buck!

what could be interesting too! we signed a gas lease today and within the next 60 days i should be able to come up with an extra $1k to put in the bike after paying off a lot of other bills. from there its going to be open season, but for now im looking for the most useful options!

Spiegler brake lines, custom color combinations, expensive but the best.

+1 on the EBC HH sintered brake pads
+1 on frame and swingarm sliders

is there going to be any real noticeable difference by going with a stainless line in the rear with better pads too?

I like my double-bubble (clear, Zero Gravity), sliders, and levers.

I also like my flush-mounts (Protons), intergrated tail, seat cowl, and fender eliminator.

I love my rear-sets (Gilles).

There's so much to spend!

If you want a Throttle Meister, I have one for the 954 I'll sell you at a good price. Had to take it off when I started taking this bike to the track.

SLIDERS!!!!

If you go up in power theres a greater chance they will pay off.
You can do a custom undertail for less than 20 bucks. (posting a thread about making a fiberglass one soon)
Custom rearset will cost about the same with fiberglass and some time
Paint your rims for about as much if you take you time.

I think that the stock brake pads have better initial grab and a better feel than the ebc HH pads.EBC needs heat to stop and make a bunch of noise.
