make yourself do a certain turn till u master it, i would pick out a turn, go at 25mph, then up it by 5 mph and learn how to do it, and stick with it

Baby steps for starters. Get your mind right and your confidence up. Find a parking lott with as few light poles as possible and map out yourself a course that does not exceed your comfort level and build from there. I also would suggest not trying to accomplish all in one day. Just like working out, you need muscle memory, and so does your brain. Go for 45 minutes to an hour and then rest, go home and do it again on another day.
