By saying “tune” I would assume you would be referring to a computer tune. If not there are always tune-ups =D. As far as the dealer flash programming your computer, the only program they are going to have are stock maps, I seriously doubt they can alter those maps and change them. In fact I’m almost 100% sure they cannot do this. The extent of the dealer flashing a computer is when they get the computer if it isn’t already flashed from manufacturer is they look up your vin# number, year of make, size of engine ect. And flash the stock map. However if you want a custom map, as far as I know the only way to get that is to get a aftermarket programmer such as a power commander and get your bike dyno tuned to get that custom map. I hope this helps. Also you can get the power commander and get generic type maps off-line to load onto your power commander. Hope this helps, and someone correct me if I am wrong but I am sure I am correct.

Dont think the Hondas are flashable. I know the gsx-r's are tho.

They're other brands sides the PowerCommander tho

power commander is the most popular way to "custom tune" your bike.I heard of techclusion and I think the other one is Fj1200 but dont know anybody that uses them.
