touchup paint?
just traded my 900rr in on a 02' 954rr at the local honda dealership. Loving this bike. man it's got some a**. it looks like it used to have some frame sliders on it, and they have scratched up the frame a bit where they were bolted on (attached pic.) My question is what do you pro's here think would be the best thing to touch it up? i think it would look fine if i could find some of that paint that has the little fingernail polish looking brush in it and touch it up with that, what do you all think? or what would some of your ideas be?
(sorry...took awhile to figure how to post up the pics...hehe)

Without a doubt i would put some frame sliders back on it, they are worth every penny. I downed my bike this spring, hardly a scratch on the plastic, with sliders, barends, and spools.
I got the black Shogun sliders, they are nice and dark, you can hardly tell they are there from most angles.

yeah, i probably would like to put the sliders and spools on eventually. but not in the budget right now so was wanting just to touch the scuffs up for now. i work road construction so only work from spring to fall so probably going to have to wait till i get back to work. (its just about layoff time.)
Its kind of an off color, not quite black. Honestly if i had to get some, i would prolly hit up an automotive paint store and see if they can make one that matches for you. I dont know that the dealer would be any help as its an older model.
Not really, but i have never gotten any greif over it either, and i have been pulled over for other things. You can actually see it pretty well from behind ina car. I used to have it bent down more, but it hits landing endos, so i put it back flat.
