Hey guys I was just looking at my 954 I picked up last weekend and I believe it has a 929 swingarm on it. Does anyone see that as a problem? I know essentially they are the same bike . Just wondering if there’s anything I should be worried about.

 

The 954 swingarm had a window on the right side where 929 is solid and 954 had a hugger fender from factory

 

954 rear swingarm, lighter & stiffer.

On your bike with a shortie, looks OK but... lose the foot pegs, who is going to sit on the cowl?
