Default Stumble, hesitation between 3500 and 7000rpm

I own a 2003 954RR.
Here's a perplexing problem that I have spent 100's of dollars and hours on. The bike has been in to at least 2 dealers and at least 1 other race bike shop. The bike stumbles between 3500 and 7000 rpm. I have not been able to figure anything out. It has stock exhaust, flapper valve and everything. All the electrical systems appear to check out, including ignition timing and fuel injection. I really don't have a clue what it is and the shops keep charging me everytime I bring it in. And they never find anything.

Any thoughts at all. Any things I can check out. I bought a system so I can look at each of the signals going into my computer. All appear to check out, but I can recheck anything.

Thanks for the help.

Chad

Did you buy it new? Maybe the bike wasn't broken in properly?

Possibly a clogged injector?

Does it feel like a transmission problem, fuel problem or electrical problem? Each of these problems usually have a unique feeling that you can differentiate between. Fuel you'll get a sputtering almost as if bike loses a lot of power when you crack the throttle Like they just mentioned it may be a fuel injector, bad fuel pump, clogged fuel line. electrical or ignition(plugs) you'll get a surging feeling also has a lack of power but usually lights dim when your stressing electical components, transmission you will usually hear the problem or feel it while your riding. I know it's kinda hard to explain what a "stumble" feels like, and i'm no mechanic but i think I agree with Jimmy, if a few shops have taken a look at it, and nothing has been determined, then it's most likely internal and probably poor break in.

where you able to figure it out i just bought a 2003 cbr954rr and it literally cuts off at 7k rpm i installed a new fuel pump and same thing, the speed sensor and kickstand don't work properly so I think that may be causing something but not sure

Measure actual fuel-pump flow-rate to see if it's actually working properly.
Did you replace FPR, fuel-hose, fuel-rail and all injectors too?

Measure resistance of kickstand switch in down & up positions. Ohms = ?
