Doesn't matter which one just get one. I have an Ohlin and paid $200 on ebay.

the scotts has a valve that closes at higher speeds so it gives you really really good feel for the bike! unlike some damper that will stay stiff throug out till you dont adjust them... well what ever one that you get it will be day and night difference with one....

ANY damper is better than NO damper, especially on the 929/954. Picked my Scotts up from a buddy for $150 and i'll admit thats the best money ive spent on my bike so far. Also got another mount kit for my 929 stunter, so i was able to change it between the bikes very easily........Sweet as damper, if u want my opinion...=-)

Hyperpro RSC offers the same "active" damping.

i jumped on the scotts bandwagon. i figure since most everything is "you get what you pay for" id just get one of the more expensive ones like scotts since im gonna be spending hundreds anyway. i couldnt be happier, after getting like 4 serious tank slappers, i put this thing on an feel 10X more confident while riding because i dont have to worry as much about if i hit a pothole or something in the road that my front tire is gonna get all screwy again
