For $3k......No way. You can find a better deal on a 954. For that amount of money. I would expect an almost stock machine in way better condition. Betcha a $1 that those are aftermarket skins, rattle caned flat black, and poorly installed to cover up a lowside or 2.....

The more I look at it....Those plastics are for the Track. If the Belly pan is 1 pc. Then this bike has seen the Track. It would explain the front rotors. Ask what the internals are?
