ha i have always stood firm that the 954 kicks the crap out of the new super fantastic cbr 1000
the guy i bought my 954 from went and bought a 2005 brand new 1000rr called two days later to see if i would trade it back to him for the new bike after riding it we both agreed that i got the better bike the 954 that is . just because it has 46 cc's more and its newer doesn't make it any better.

I am equally happy with the 06 RR.I think the 954 is going to be like a collectible.It is the last year with that body style.A look that has been around since the beginning.In my opinion the 954 is a classic and worth holding onto.
