The recall was only on done on a small number of bikes and wasnt really made public. Only reason I knew is my good friend works at Abernathy Honda as a mechanic. If yours was one of them you would have recieved a letter in the mail from Honda. If your bike is used contact the original owner. I couldnt find any info on the web about specific years or VIN. Supposedly their was tiny,tiny,tiny amount of movement that could hardly even be felt in the top and bottom head bearings in the middle of the top triple clamp. This is a good website to check your bikes for recalls.

Thanks Pizzle. Yeah man mine was a used bike.... hrmmm. I don't even know if I have that number now.

Well anyway it seems to ride fine. I'll just eventually throw a damper on it and be happy I guess!
