Ah.....actually YES....it will physically fit, and IF you could hack the correct wires it might even work.
No..it's not a direct bolt in, the wiring harnes will be night and day different.

Oh......I was by no means recommending doing it, even if it were free, i would probably spend the money on the right one.
Yup, you would still have to download maps for a 954. Anything is possible with enough time and money so...buy the right one and enjoy.
