well technically it will physically fit in the bike... and technically you can splice the harness and make it work with the bike, but it still won't be the correct pc3 and the maps don't necessarily work correctly

No..it's not a direct bolt in, the wiring harnes will be night and day different.

Oh......I was by no means recommending doing it, even if it were free, i would probably spend the money on the right one.
Yup, you would still have to download maps for a 954. Anything is possible with enough time and money so...buy the right one and enjoy.
