Default Picked up a 2nd 954

Just picked up my 2nd 954 from a friend who wrecked. It has 12k on the motor, frame is straight no damage.Needs front end, forks, lower triple, front axle, head light harness and dash.Side fairings are damaged as well.
Thinking of making it into another track bike. Will post picks later.

Basically bought it for the motor, but once I seen the damage thought I might just fix it as a track bike.I have extra parts that I can use.Now I have my winter project if there is such a thing in Cali.lol

SWEET. just an idea - throw a 1000rr front end on there since you say you need a front end anyways.... it'll cost just about as much as 954 one.

Was thinking the same thing. What yr would fit and would I need to replace the bearings and triples?

well, i just used 06-07 forks, 06-07 rotors (320mm), and calipers. 954 wheel, axle, and triples.

but you can swap on an entire front end as well as far as bearings and steering stem length. the bearing kits are all the same numbers. however, the triples do have a different offset from each other - so you might have some issues with the triple tree stops, i just couldn't find an for sure answer on that
