RE: Oil Leaking from right side clutch lever
Ok this is crazy...my friend also has a 954 and it seems everything that happens to me happens to him and now heres one thatis to you. what i noticed was it was coming from the hoseto the right, the one coming from the case, has the little rubber seal, mine & his was coming from there. our tech guy..(make sure you get a guy they are handy to have) told us to take the bolts out around it and lock tight them and snug up, be careful because these are not strong bolts and are easyily twisted off or stipped remember just a good snug with lock tight. I hope this works for you, it did for us Good Luck

The entire clutch cover is sealed with permatex, there is no gasket. Where the cable goes in is just a rubber fitting, so the bolts may be loose, or you got some contaminates in there. You can try what Hitman stated, however dont tighten them too much, they are only supposed to be tightened to 20lbs. If that does not work you may have to remove the whole clutch cover, clean everything up and re seal it.

Yeah that's probably the most important part! I like just having that gasket there and knowing that if it didn't work it more than likely isn't my fault! LOL! I'm **** I guess and always worry about stupid stuff like that! Never had a leak on my bike but I've seen them on cars and what not. I'm not a mechanic just don't have the money to give others! I guess if I were and used it more regularly that would help.
