I bought my 954 new in May 04', so I've had it a while now. I absolutely LOVE this bike(except for the seat). The more I ride it though, the more I find my self wanting more out of it. So on went a Stainless Scorpion can, K&N air filter, & a 15T front sprocket & Michilin Pilot Power's. It'ds definately fast enough for my know(for a while,anyway).Still gonna get a Power Commander, but which one do I get. Is the PCIIIr worth the extra money over the PCIII USB? I'll probably never have the bike Dyno tuned, just use as close of a map that I can download. Also, I don't have the $$$$ for a set of Ohlins forks(damn they're high!!). What is the best way to go about re- building the forks with better handling stuff, Same for the back shock???? Sorry for all the Questions, but like the commercial says" Inquireing minds want to know". Fill me in guys, Thank's

 

If you do not intend on getting a custom fuel map and having it dyno tuned I wouldnt get it.
