ok here is the dilemma i am having i had a zx-6r til it was stolen( a blessin in disguise) and was looking at a 600 rr, but came across a deal for 6900 a 02 954 rr for 6900 wit 6600 miles. has a few bolt on things like screen and hindle exhaust and flushies. IS this a goo price? also how much difference is it gogin to be compared to a 600 rr or even a newer 1000rr. I am concerned bout comfortibilty the 1000rr feels good sat on a few, but who knows.. Any more info for this newbie would be greatly appreciated

 

That's too bad to hear that your 6R got stolen. Was it a 636? That seems like a pretty good deal for that bike. Just so you know, I also have an '02 954 for sale! $7,000. As far as comfort, I love my 954 in that area, except the seat isn't exactly the best to sit on hours upon hours. But that's just Honda though. The 954 has quite a bit more power and torque than the 600RR and about 10-15 hp less than the 1000RR. I guess it all depends on what you're wanting a bike for. All three are good bikes. You're the one that will be riding it.
