Looks good, first and only mods to the bike: black swinger, shorty slip on....

I'd say you got a deal, the bike looks to be in good shape. I remember my first ride on the 954. It scared the heck out of me but I couldn't get the smile off of my face for a week lol. Get ride of that can asap and a you'll really enjoy a new windscreen.

Its always fun to put the Bike on the Dyno! Its good to know your numbers! Now if you are looking to do a custom tune & then put her on the Dyno for a pull? I would say to keep your money. Its not worth it for a couple of HP.....If you have bigger plans down the road. (IE. Full exhaust, race filters, air box mods, etc.) Then perform the tune "after" these modifications.

I don't think it changes the AFR very much. The stock pipe isn't much different then your average slip on. They are all straight through designs.

You'll want to defeat the pair valve though. mine crackled and popped on decel like crazy, until i placed a marble in the hose coming off the right side of the air box. Yes, a marble.

If you want a nice pipe, Akrapovic is the way to go IMO. It's worth the coin. Two Brothers are ugly, also IMO, but have a deep sound.
