Keep 954 or trade it in for RC51
ORIGINAL: Fabio420
Listen. I have ridden both. you change the sprocket in the 954 and the bike will be torquier than the rc51 (which I think it's the only advantage over the stock 954). Keep the 954!

for all that his holy keep the 954. I aswell have riden both and to make the RC51 as competitive as the 954 you need to do alot of work. The Rc feels heavy in and out of turns. They're right -1 in the front sprocket if you want the torque feel of the RC.
You need to decide what you want to do with the RC when you get it. If you ride alot, commute, lesure, killin it, or travel youprobably better off with your CBR. The RC is very race oriented (not like your CBR isn't
) your not going to want to put 100 miles on it every time you ride. I'm a RC ho but you have a comfy CBR. If you're going to keep the CBR get the RC but I wouldn't want to owna RCas my only bike.

I have been on several bikes including the RC and he is right the ride on the CBR is far better. The RC is a great short ride bike only.
I have to say the for the long ride you can not beat my Goldwing.
