I am in the 10312 Staten Island area code

I had a mint 02 954 with chrome rims and a cut jardine pipe/ power commander 3 tinted windscreen, hard rear seat cover, and plenty of other goodies and am trying to recreate it

 

From everything you stated above you're looking at anywhere from 3800-4500$ maybe more depending on the mileage and condition of the bike. You could also look at a 2003 CBR 954RR. Good luck

 

save yourself 4 grand or in that ballpark.. the more the better. miles and abuse will be your negotiating factor on lowering that price
