what kind of difference would it make for a stock California 954RR as apposed to a 49-state bike?? I ask because I'm in the proccess of picking up a CA 954RR with I believe an after market slip on pipe. Thanks

 

on this cbr only, )not sure about the older ones but the new 1000 is def not like this) there are diff cams and someing eles. i cant quite remember, maybe someone can help here? anyways, i have seen about a 4-8 hp loss on the CA model. they made these diff to satisfy emmisions standards.
