Yes, and its pointless. THe fork tubes have to be dropped deeper into the triples, which drops the upper triple enough to allow room for the clipons up top...Basically the ride heigth changes your body positioning and posture.....Grab some 636 clipons, flip and switch them biatches. Mount THEM above your triple and your good to go.....=-)

Moving the triple is going to affect rake, which has a large impact in handling and the suspension in general. Is this going to be a stunt bike?

If ur gonna stunt it, then yeah it's worth the change. But if ur gonna ride street and kill some twisties, then leave that biatch stock....The bike cam stock like that FOR A DAMN REASON.....If u want something thats more comfortable, buy and F4i....My 954 doesnt have chit on the F4i when it comes to comfortable....But the 954 leaves the F4i sitting in the dust too, LMAO....=-)

No I'm not going to stunt it,not my cup of tea.I was just wondering if anybody had done it,I know it will change the rake of the bike but wasn't to sure if it is street worthy this way. Most of us don't ever leave a bike stock,we must change something to make it more personal.I also know that an F4i is slightly more comfortable than a 954 ( I had one) When I had mine I went out on a ride with my friends and one had a 954 and the only time he past me was @ redline in 6 th gear,so that being said He didn't leave me in the dust.

Yeah he prolly hasnt met the right person on a 954, LoL...Especially IF he was riding the F4i...Cuz i know i'd leave my F4i sitting still, LoL....=-)

This is the ONLY time you'll see an F4i side by side with the 954, LoL...=-)
