Ok so I have a 2002 954rr that I’m rebuilding old motor blew I replaced the motor and decided to do the wiring harness put it in and everything is plugged in and in the right spot all the fuses are ok as well well pump won’t prime so I looked around and the fuel cut of relay won’t click I don’t know if that was it but if anybody can help me plz do

 

You check the fuse

 

Most likely, as in 99.99%
I thought the 954rr didn’t have that little fuse on the starter solenoid thought only the 929 but if so I didn’t see that on mine maybe forgot to put it on I’m guessing that lil fuse has something woth the fuel pump

 

1. unplugged everything from harness
2. removed harness from bike
3.put new harness in and route
4.plugged everything in correctly
5.
... etc...
Everything is correct spot all the plugs are mark and color codes so I won’t forget what goes where it fuel cut off relay Is not clicking and there is power to the fuel pump but not prime and yes it’s a brand new pump

 

Was the fuel pump priming on the bike that you took the harness off?

 

Check your wiring diagram. The fuel pump connector is the same as the speed sensor. They can easily get crossed.
