Default Dunlop Q2's?

My GPA-209's finally gave up the ghost so I had a set of the Q2's installed. Anyone have any experience with this tire? I went with a 199/55 120/70 combo again. I haven't even riden a mile on them yet, just around the corner from the bike shop to my house. Had a chance to clean a little while the wheels werre off so I took some pics.

I've had a couple sets on my bike and I love them. They make the bike ride like it's on rails. Sharp lookin bike, btw.

I have them on my buell and I'm very happy with them. I had put 800 miles on a set of power pures, but hated them to pieces. I couldn't accelerate hard with the michelins or it would send the front end into a tank slapper. The Q2's are very stable in comparison. The pures also felt bouncy going in a straight line. Did not like them at all.

Thanks. The bike has 12,100 miles on it. The 209's were amazing but didn't last long, but I knew that would be the case when I got them. Hopefully tomorrow I will be able to get out and break them in a little.

Well the first trip out I leaned all the way to the slip indicators on the tires and they felt like they had more. Can't wait to try them out on some really curvy roads.

That's a terrific looking 954 you have there. I'll need new tires in spring so am happily reading along.
