so i live in houston and my mom lives in east texas about 2 hours in a car away and 1 hour on a bike....so i ride up there and some hillbilly dumbass pulls out in front of me in elkhart tx....i cut to the left and go around and it was close ,i thought that was it,i was doing 80mph....then i get into downtown elkhart about 2 miles further and the ******* passes me in a school zone and side swipes me and puts me on the pavement....it sucked...but i was only doing 30 so not alot of bad damage...and the ******* took off...but this gives me the excuse to repaint and so i was going to get some tips on colors...most of the 54's i see are stock colors, so i want to do something different...any ideas????

.. not that im happy you went down but if you gotta go this is the lesser of 2 evils! its fawked up that jackass didnt stop , i wonder what his ****in problem was ?

true that but you have to understand that the top speed run was a one time thing and i probly will never do it again unless i come across a bigger bike and even then i probly wouldnt do it ......

Sorry to hear about your luck man. I see you have the silver and black color schemelike the one I had. My new 1000 is red and black and I love it. But I guess one of the color schemes for the 954 was winning red, so that's out if you want a color that wasn't stock. Maybe try a dark blue and black. Haven't seen that on a 954 yet.
