Crash cages

RE: Crash cages
I had a freestyle ingenuity cage on my bike for a short period of time. They make a great product, but I decided that for the type of riding I do frame sliders are perfectly sufficient. If your a parking lot stunter that drops your bike hardall thetimethen it would probably be a good investment. Also if you like to do deep cornering with your bike youll want to avoid a full cage, it will not allow you to lean your bike as far.

RE: Crash cages
there was one on my bike when i bought it but i dont stunt so i removed it, it was black and my fairings are black so it didnt look too bad with it on, just over kill for the riding i do, it was nice though, i tested it out and i could just lay my bike on its side without any of the body work hitting and it was simple to pick right back up off of the ground... so it depends on what your doing i guess.

RE: Crash cages
Crash cages or for stunt riders mainly, or people wishing they were and wanting to look like them. Just reinforcement to protect your frame, body, and engine components when you go down....which is quite a bit when you do stunts. Until you stop crashing and just get your own TV show on speed TV. But crash cages aren't that bad looking, what gets me are the stupid mohawks you stick to your helmet! Now those annoy me!
