Its Alligator. The seat is pretty hard tho. I hear it takes alittle while to break itin and it will comform to the shape of my ***. I plan to polish the frame and swingarmthis winter. I come off the Trail on 1 September so I'll have the time. I PCS To Hawaii in January, so I gotta have her right when I touch ground.

since there is a sunk in section of the corbin seat do you still sit as high as you did before or are you a little more planted (foot wise) with the new seat?

 

Well, im 6' 2 " so its not that much of a difference. If there is any, I Would say I feel a little higher which makes it better for me.
