CLEAN chain lube
Found this on another forum and wanted to try it before I posted about it.
DuPont Multi-Purpose Lubricant and Chain Wax with Teflon.
Cleaned my chain, and then lubed it with a moderateamount of this stuff. It dried tacky, but not to the consistency of some chain waxes (PJ1, Bel Ray). Rode for about 60 miles with no problems. It does not attract dirt, and water doesn't seem to affect it either. I have a pretty bike, and it did not fling onto my rims or swingarm. When I got home, there was still a nice layer protecting my chain. Was almost like I hadn't ridden it, in rain and less than ideal conditions. I found it at Lowe's for less than $10, think it was around $5-6. Anyway, i recommend this stuff, better than the Motul stuff that I was using.
