well not to sway you but I've had my plugged 200 at 140mph!

I'm stupid I know, I think I had it plugged when I was at myrtle beach last year!

and if you were to have a tire issue there, they have plenty of people trying to pitch their products to you for sometimes cheaper than you would find near home plus no shipping cost.

 

I've ridden on a patched rear. Didnt have any problems. I was in the same situation you were, nice tire at about half the tread left. I might have exceeded thespeed limitwith the patched rubber butwho knows!?I think if it were to happen again I would take the tire andpawnit off someone who didnt care about riding witha plugged tire.I like the peace of mind knowing myset upis as flawless as possible.

 

that's the down side to riding on the streets!

you can't always see what's in your path and murphys law, just as soon as you replace that tire..... another nail. a piece of glass, a staple an angry ex girl friend with a screwdriver! lol
