Default Brand new Erion FX ZEMKE 954 Pistons

I am selling my last set of Erion racing High Compression CP CBR954RR pistons.

These are exactly the same pistons we used in Jake Zemkes / Roger Haydens / Josh Hayes Formula Extreme race bikes. (execpt these are brand new)

They are brand new, and come with Piston pins, clips (two sets of each!)
They use stock rings sets (I can provide as well)

These pistons will boast your HP through out the rev-range, and give an awesome amount of torque. (something the 954 needs!) They can also be used in a 929 simply by boring the upper case out to 75mm.

You do not need to use special fuel. Premium fuel is perfect.

I also have cams if interested, and a Cyl head, and HRC parts.

Please contact me with any questions...I have pics, and info.

These are Custom CP Lightweight and Forged (very strong compared to cast stock pistons)

They will let your bike rev faster, and make more power/torque thoughtout the rev-range.
OUR Erion bikes made 186hp as 929s, and 198 as 954s

They will over $650. I think less then half that including shipping is fair.

$250 including shipping

NEW - CBR954RR ERION Racing CP High Compression pistons x 4
NEW - Pistons pins x4
NEW - piston clips x 8

(I will through in my extra set of clips, and pins...even though you will not need them)

let me know what you think...I may have a little room to move

just curious, how did you get a 954 up to 198 hp? was that just a combo of cams, heads, and high compression ratios?

how will these pistons affect driveability, and what should be done along with them in order to see a benefit? how long do you think they'd hold up?

and i am interested btw

They run stroker motors, all titanium, higher rpm, etc.

Let me see....198hp = $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

to be serious it takes a lot of work, and stroking the motors a little bit. The biggest gain is the Cylinder head. Ti rods, high RPM, light fly wheel, Ti valves...etc

With these pistons, there is no reliablility issues...they are forged and CP makes the best pistons on the market. Your motor will run a couple of degrees hotter (due to the higher compression), but you will have an engine that makes power down low, and you will not have to rev it as much....so it will not "worked" as hard.

Last time I was @ the Shop, that Engine was a Stroker motor, that does not have a Starter motor, and has a very low charging system (which means, the charging system just covers the FI/Ignition system)

That engine cannot be used on the street, the end of the crankshaft has been cut off for the custom stator cover.

If you want an HRC Stator /Fly wheel for a 954 I have 2 of them on the packages...

In fact, I have 2 HRC complete Race systems in packages for CBR929RR/ CBR954RR.

so with these pistons, are there any downsides AT ALL to installing them? life of the bike be shortened? loss of power up top? ANYTHING?
Or basically if they are installed you can expect to not have any engine problems any earlier than you would on stock pistons?
