a boring fuse question...
......So my speedo fuse blew out yesterday so I replaced the it and just 10 min later it went out again. So I upped the fuse by +10. Am i in any danger to hurting my electrical system by upping the fuse size? I really wish I could find out what the real problem is. any thoughts?
(man it sucks being a newb)

I should mention (I feel like an idiot) that my battery died last week so I had someone jump me from their car. I now know that car batteries operate at 12 amps and bike batteries are 6 amps. (I think) I hope i didn't fry anything when i jumped it...

Ha Ha, I just posted a thread last night about my 954 not charging. Maybe you're having the same problem. I have had to jump my bike four times within the last month off of my car with no problem, but I definitely DO NOT recommend doing it if,you have a gel cell battery. I have had my battery so low while riding before that my speedo quit working, if that helps
it's been charging just fine. I just left the key in and left it for an hour or so. The battery died so I had it jumped by a car which I think screwed things up. So far the 20 fuse is working just fine. Just not sure if I should change it back to the 10 fuse. I hope I dont fry anything.
