how do you guys think these boots would be for use on the street? i think it says they are for pit bike or atv riding. just looking for a possibly cheaper alternative. i really like the icon field armor boots... but dont wanna have to shell out the 130 retail. please check them out and let me know what you think.

They dont look too bad, anything leather should do for street. I was in a similar spot, needed some good boots but not a lot of cash. I wound up with these, and really like them. http://www.kneedraggers.com/details/...ots610004.html

The first link was for Joe Rocket, big bang mens boots. google em, they are decent.

 

I have the feild armor boots, I love them. They are hard to get used to at first, but you get used to them after a while. I spent 130 on them, looking back on it I would rather have a diffrent pair of boots for 130. if you can get a deal go for it if not i would look elseware. one thing is they look weird from behind.

 

do you mean the big yellow swiss looking shield on the back?? i just missed a used pair on ebay the other day. went for about 70.00 and shipping i think. i just wasnt quite fast enough.

nah ... sorry. was in regards to Capinsobers reply. he was saying that the icon field armor look a little funny from the back. (sorry... guess i shoulda used the quote thingy, my bad.) i did check out the big bang boots too, they are a very possible candidate.

 

well..... got me a new in box pair of icon field armor boots. $76and shipping off ebay. sweeet.
