Oh, I've read somewhere in this forum and see that the stock air filter is the better one. Is this true ? Or BMC, K&N are good only when dancing with a PC3 ?
I'm pulling this one back up because of the last question. I am in the same boat. I'm not running a PC III and would like to know whether to stay stock on the filter or go aftermarket.
First thing i did when i got my bike was drop in a K&N. I didnt have a pc3 till about 15k miles later, bike ran fine, didnt foul plugs, use extra fuel, or anything that would make me think it wasnt fine.
