RE: blew a fork seal!
your ride will become stiff as hell and the bike will sway toward one sideconstantly.
i recommend not to ride it, but getting it fixed is pricey. most people on these forums like the f4i and the RR say its an easy but long process.i cant say that it will be easy for sure since i have never done it.good luck

RE: blew a fork seal!
By "blown" seal do you mean ther is a pool of fork oil on the floor under you fork, or is the seal leakingoil on the fork / bodywork? If it is leaking you have been riding on it for a bit. Yes it is a big deal and all but as long as you have oil in the fork and you are just leaking on the fork tube, you are not going to harm anythig with a few more miles. Make sure there is no visible damage to the fork that may have damaged the seal in the first place.I live in so cal and it cost me something around $220.00 to have both seals replaced. I would advise to fix it asap but if you find oil on your fork tube in the middle of a sunday ride, I would not call for a truck to pick me up if you follow....
